How do I make a car rental reservation?
To make a reservation:
1. Browse our available vehicles
2. Select your desired dates and location
3. Choose your preferred vehicle
4. Complete the booking form
5. Upload payment proof
6. Wait for booking confirmation
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need:
- Valid driver's license
- Valid ID
- Credit/Debit card for payment
- Proof of address
- Booking confirmation

Payments and Fees

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- GCash
- Credit/Debit cards
- Cash payments at our office
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Additional fees may include:

Policies and Procedures

What is your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
- No refund for no-shows

What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns will incur additional charges:
- Up to 1 hour: 10% of daily rate
- 1-3 hours: 30% of daily rate
- Over 3 hours: Full day rate
